This approach focuses on releasing internalized roles, beliefs, and defenses that were once necessary—but are no longer serving you. It honors the fact that healing is not about becoming someone new, but returning to who you’ve always been beneath the layers.

We’ll look at areas where you’ve had to adapt in ways that have pulled you away from your core self. Using somatic awareness, parts work, and honest reflection, we will begin to uncover what’s been buried, so you can move forward with greater clarity, inner steadiness, and self-trust.
