Rediscover Your Worth Feel Grounded Again Reconnect With Your Values Move Toward Wholeness

I welcome you to explore a therapeutic partnership where you can embrace and uncover your core self, with the freedom to grow, heal, and find moments of laughter along the way. Many people who seek therapy present a picture of success on the outside, where they appear to have everything under control, yet inside, they are disconnected from fulfillment, purpose, and joy. Anxiety, self-doubt, unresolved trauma, grief, perfectionism, chronic pain, and relationship struggles are just a few of the hurdles they face behind the scenes. If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone, and together we can create space for healing and transformation.

What You're Going Through Matters
You’re not alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, sort through the overwhelm, and begin healing in a way that feels right for you. Here are some of the most common reasons people reach out to me:
Anxious & Overwhelmed
Relationship Stress
Carrying Trauma
Feeling Lost
Burnout & Exhaustion
Before we can truly connect with others, we must first confront our own pain. Author Terrence Real stated, “If we don’t deal with our pain, we are prone to impose it.” This powerful truth speaks to how unhealed wounds often show up in our closest relationships, as defensiveness, emotional distance, anger, or control. When past pain or trauma goes unaddressed, it can silently shape how we connect, often creating the very disconnection we fear. In therapy, individuals, couples, and families are given the space to safely explore these patterns, heal the underlying wounds, and learn new ways of relating with empathy, clarity, and compassion.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What can I expect during my first session?
A first session is about connection, not pressure. We’ll explore what brought you here, talk about what’s been feeling heavy or stuck, and set a pace that feels right for you. There’s no need to have all the answers, just come as you are.
Do I need to have a specific issue to start therapy?
Not at all. Some clients come in with clear goals, while others just know something feels ‘off.’ Therapy is a space to explore whatever’s on your heart — whether it’s anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, or simply wanting more clarity and peace.
What types of therapy do you offer?
I use a blend of approaches tailored to each client: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Core Self Reclamation Therapy, Lifespan Integration, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. Sessions are shaped around your needs — whether that’s deep trauma healing, emotional regulation, or reconnecting with yourself and others.
Is therapy right for me if I’ve tried it before and it didn’t help?
Yes. Every therapist is different, and so are you. If past experiences didn’t feel helpful, it doesn’t mean therapy won’t work — it just means the right connection and approach may not have happened yet. You’re welcome to try again here.
Do you work with couples or just individuals?
Both. Whether you’re navigating challenges as a couple or working on personal healing, therapy can support communication, reconnection, and growth.
Do you take insurance or offer private pay options?
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) if you’d like to submit for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Many clients choose private pay because it offers more privacy, flexibility, and control over their care. If you have questions about how this works, I’m happy to walk you through it.
